Born and raised in the Bronx Sophia Hyacinthe is what you call a dreamer. She often fantasizes about flying Louboutins and magical silk wrap dresses. Sophia’s infatuation with fashion began at a young age when she was exposed to beautiful clothing by her older sister.
Sophia considers her personal style to be both feminine and polished. She has a sweet tooth for deliciously tall heels and believes “The higher the heel, the closer to heaven.”
At age 14 Sophia got her first retail job at a trendy boutique in the city. Through her 8 years of retail and having worked for various high end companies, Sophia has become infatuated with styling the everyday woman.
Understanding how something as simple as belting a blouse can instantly transform a look, Sophia has developed her own unique formula for dressing. As a wardrobe consultant Sophia builds fabulous closets for clients and shows them the 90 different ways to wear each piece in it.
With the experience acquired from training under celebrity stylist June Ambrose along with a degree in Fashion Marketing and Business Management, Sophia has an understanding of the Fashion industry from both a creative and business stand point.
With Sophia’s new fashion styling television show Savory Styles she is determined to inspire all women and get them excited about dressing. On the show Sophia acts as a Fashion Chef providing outfit solutions in the form of style recipes to viewers that write in with their outfit dilemmas.
